The Interventional Radiologists of the Washington Hospital Center take pride in being responsive to the needs of our patients and the communities we serve. Our physicians serve the greater Washington D.C. area, including the district, Montgomery and Prince Georges Counties. In addition, we serve Arlington and Alexandria, Virginia.
The Interventional Radiologists of the Washington Hospital Center are highly trained and skilled physicians who diagnose and treat a wide variety of conditions. These minimally invasive procedures are performed with a tiny incision, often the size of the tip of a pen, through which small catheters, wires, and other instruments are passed under x-ray guidance to the area of interest within the body.
